My 10 month old Blackberry 9360 is still under warranty but need repairs to the unit that charges the battery.
The phone need to be sent away and the waiting period is 4 to 6 weeks
This leaves me without communication, a middle-aged woman on a farm, and my small business suffers without a means of contact
It is very hard, almost impossible, to find a simple e-mail address or toll free number to contact Blackberry. I prefer to discuss these issues with them first, but is tired of looking for a way to contact them.
