VERY DISSAPOINTING ISSUE

Good day, I am due for an upgrade 1 August 2013. This month was the first time i get a letter to my statement that stipulate i can upgrade on 22 months prior to the date. I called Voda com and they said yes u can. I got into my car and drove to Vodacom and only to get their I was told no you can not the letter you got was a mistake. Wow why do such false advertising and cause huge dissapointing issues. I called the call centre again last night and was told I think this is a mistake but it is not long to wait. Please if i have been with Vodacom for only 2 yrs i can still understand but check your records for how long i have been a client. This is not the way forward. Sorry to say. 1 August i will relook my options.
