I used to have a 4 Meg DSL line installed at my home for 2 years! I had to port my main number, which was also my DSL number for business reasons. Telkom was asked to simply convert my second line to the 4 Meg DSL line. This was 4 weeks ago! Since then they got my address wrong 3 times which resulted in the order being re issued 3 times. They have had a technician out twice, he had no idea what he was doing. Closed the fault ticket twice wihtout it being resolved. Then I get a call to find out if I was happy with the way in which my fault was resolved! I have spoken to about 8 different people, no one there cares. I have had to use 3G pre paid at my expense as a result of their icompetence and pay my ISP for an account I can't use. All I want is my 4 Meg DSL line back!
