I have a 4 Mbps line with a 4 Mbps data Uncapped and unshaped which drops all the times intervals of 20-30 mins in between service which i reported this on two accounts but the tech's says that the line is all good and my equipment is fault and a different tech came on the same day and discounted all the equipment and tested it again and it shows the line is fault i am sick of there services now and think of moving my services to a different service provide as this is company and cannot work with broken services 031-5006762
