Bullying me into paying what I do not owe

I left South Africa in December 2010, and closed all my accounts before leaving. For two years I never received any phone calls or accounts from Telkom, but early this year a legal company started harassing me trying to bully my into paying over R1, 000 to them for an outstanding telephone account.

I requested more information via e-mail and they sent me a document with only their details, stating an account number with Telkom I did not know. I tried to phone their offices 27 times since then, and there is no answer. Then they sent me a sms requesting me to pay R50 into their bank account to show that I am in "good faith"... What on earth does that mean?

They have now started phoning and harassing my previous employer (I don't know where they got the number from).

Who are you guys doing business with?
