Telkom keeps harassing my husband for an account that is not his. This keeps going on for more than a year now. We never had a telephone number that they quote. My husband never had or has a business. We never stayed at the address they given at the time. We're already staying in our house for more than 10 years.
We already proof several times that this can't be my husband's account, but they never proof to us that this is in fact my husband's account. Now what shall we do??? I think it's time we take Telkom to court for giving us a bad name and harassing. What do you think???
