Telkom highest incompetent service in SA

Since february 2013 telkom has promised to rectify error on bills and cancellation on a package I did not request. All information and records of my numerous calls on the account history is on the system. I was shocked to learn that all those long hours and wait to speak to consultants were in vain as my service has been disconnected because the account and package was not rectified. Furthermore I have been charged for disconnection fees and a teljom handset that I don't have. The service being disconnected leaves me in a bad position as I need to use my internet service for my college assignments. I am appalled!
