Hi there,

I have the same problem. I was lead to believe that I could upgrade my phone and when I received the package I had a new number. I cancelled the number as well as all the services linked / related to the new number.

I have sent e-mail after e-mail requesting them to cancel the debit orders from: ISPB (MS-799089-2, R32-00), PHOB (MS-799089-4, R21-00) and MILC (MS-799089-3, R21-00). Add all these debit orders over a course of 2 years - it amounts to a substantial amount of money.

Please, I need this to be cancelled immediately. And I want my money refunded to me which I don't think is too much to ask - seeing that I am the one going through all the effort to resolve this.
