7 months and still no service

Since December 2012 I experienced signal loss on all my MTN devices. I have reported this on 10 occasions, I receive emails with forms to complete and nothing happens after that.
Going into MTN stores or trying to reach a area manager is completely fruitless, yet they want their money at month end.
Our contract states in short you supply me with a service, I pay you, and you are not supplying a service to me.
Personally in my opinion MTN is nothing more than normal conmen hiding behind the guise of being a big corporate company.
All they do is lie, then try and cover their with more, and no matter how hard you try you cant reach anybody taking enough pride in their so called jobs to actually resolve a customers problems.

Bunch of incompetent lazy people in your orginisation. You are nothing more than common.
