No Success in Getting a Refund that is owed to me

On 06/03/2013 I paid R2306.00 as a full and final payment to buy my way out of a contract related to no. 079 311 7805.
Stupid me - I didn't pu t a block on the debit order and on 07/03/13 (the next day) Vodacom took R351.77 from my bank account. Since then I have phoned Vodacom Accounts on 082 1946 several times and have been passed back and forwards each time with Cancellations/Retentions on 082 1958 and have even been told that Administration is handling it and that I can't phone anyone there!! Every single person I have spoken to at the call centre (s) has absolutely no idea how to handle this problem.
All I do know is that after over 2 months I still haven't been refunded. This may not sound like a lot of money, but if Vodacom does this sort of thing with a million other subscribers suddenly they are withholding over R350 000 000.00 and that is a lot!!
