Its been over ten day and still no phone

I cancelled my wife contract on vodacom for new one on mtn with the phone she wanted, samsung galaxy note two, she wanted the large screen and pen. when we went to get it on the 11/1/2013. they had the wrong phone. they have accussed me of ordering the wrong phone which is untrue not to mention unproffessional then they say they have to cancel the contract i never sighned for or had activated and go through the credit chack i just passed again. its is now the 20/1/2013 and to date nothing has been done to sort this inconveinience out and the staff are only interested in passing the buck so as not to take reponsiblilty and immediate action to rectify the situation. my wife wanted to keep the number she has for nine years so on the 11 the froze that number leaving my pregnant wife without a phone. all we do is write complaints and nothing changes. this is shocking and unproffessional. we are hoping to recieve the phone tomorrow but wont hold our breathe for fear of suffocation. cant believe a service provider conducts itself this way, im in the service industry we tend to value clients, imagine that.
