Disappointed is the least to say!! I would like to know what is the criteria one goes through when opening an account with you?
I had an account with you almost 7 years ago of which I paid off after you guys hounded me for payment and I closed it... Now today to my surprise I found out that you opened an account in my name again.. had I not done a credit check on myself I would wouldn't found out about this, Now my what I want to know is who the have you been billing you already have my details on your system why is it that the imposter that claimed to be myself managed to open an account in my name whilst I'm listed on ITC??? Now is that not a risk for your business to give credit to people that have a listings??? The department of labour has failed me yes as I reported my ID lost in 2011 and the y assured me no one would be able to us the old one but here we are today an account has been open in my name... I will be sending an affidavit from the police station stating that when I lost my ID and you will remove your listings on the ITC.
I hope that this matter will be resolved swiftly
