Contract is not

Hi

So I log a complaint on the 18 June, as MTN is taking my bundles data not used every month when they top me up. Which is not part of there contract.

So Wenzile Masina replies to this complaint which seriously he did not read OR do not understand but gives a standard reply. WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I will be taking this further as per the NCA which stipulates the contravention of cusumer rights.
