A month after request and no feedback yet

To customer service agent,

I was really hoping this would be my last resort, however, I am tired of waiting and have moved onto the next step. I logged a complaint regarding the contract I've been swapped over to with regards to what the sales person sold me over the phone vs. what the contract actually stipulates. I logged this complaint on 26 June 2013 and the back office still has not given me a call back to address the issue. I remember distinctly that the sales agent told me I would get 500MB per month (as per my previous contract on the Smart 120S), except for the first two month I would get an additional 500MB per month to make it 1GB. When getting a notification during mid-June that my free data bundle had run out only after using 500MB, I immediately called the complaint line. However, I was sent from pillar to post during that time (went through 5 different departments and call centres). Eventually I managed to log the complaint and now no one has listened to the sales call to hear whether I heard wrong or whether the sales agent actually offered me what I originally heard.
