Very bad service again

I went to a store in Menlyn to get my BBM cancelled as i baught a samsung phone. at the same time i upgraded from talk 350 to 400 with 700mb data. every month autopage now deducts a lot of money from my account. this is the third complaint to autopage, the have now cancelled my latest migration request without my concent
