I called on the 19 May 2013 for my account with you guys to be cancelled but i still got billed in June then i called in again 20 June 2013 spoke to Mduduzi and he told me it was never cancelled... and transferred me to Cancelation department i spoke to moses and he said he will cancel it i was on the line for an hour him filling the forms for cancellation ref no: TLC0C205764230... i was told because I'm in arrears to make arrangements i should cancel the line but i am still being billed by you guys ..this is pathetic and i will not stand for the nonsense at all i will not pay for the billing of may, June and July billing i will get the ombudsman to assist me on this because you guys are not doing you job at all... i mean this daylight billing me for something i have not used... today i spoke to tebogo ref no: TLC421134713 and again I WAS ON THE LINE FOR 45 MIN HER CANCELLING MY LINE... then she transfers me to the accounts department to some rude lady called Mapula Moruru ..she tells me she cant help me until the cancellation is done i explain to her she say "ITS NOT MY PROBLEM " I quote the fool... I WANT MY LINE CANCELLED TODAY...
