Unsure if a) it's RICAed b) unsure of the steps needed to top up his airtime without physically going into a store to buy airtime... ie. can't one buy airtime on internet? If so, how does one do this?
c) Tried to register his details on the mtn website, but it didn't send his OTP number - why?
