I took out a contract with Altech Autopage on a CAPPED contract (received email from them confirming the same). What a major surprise I got when I opened my account - it is R700.00 over what we agreed on and what I have budgeted for. As per usual, no one is available or can assist me TODAY - I apparently need to call back tomorrow for their assistance. Please could you help me with this - as I am really worried about this amount being deducted from my account and I am hoping this will be resolved sooner than later with your assistance.
