Query oustanding for 11 months

In January 2013 I lodged a query with AON Johannesburg in respect of our companies Pension Fund Scheme. I have, still to date, not received a reply to my query that addresses the query itself. It would appear that AON do not actually have an interest in addressing my query as my company has decided to remove them as the administrators of our pension and provident funds. The actuary to whom my query has now been given is always unavailable on her land-line and the telephone number is not answered by anybody else making it very difficult to talk to anybody. All I would like is for somebody at AON to address my query.
