Conversion from Top-up to Super M

I've send this to customer services on the 29th of May 2013 and had no response up until the 18th June 2013. Vodacom promised me that the new contract will save me money, after asking the person if it is the same as a top-up they answered yes. Only for me to find out that it is nothing like a top-up and that it will cost me /-R600 to revert back to my Top-up for both my contracts.

During the month of April I was contacted by a vodacom team and they told me that it would be more cost saving for me to migrate from my top-up 315 account to a Smart M package. Some of the questions I asked was answered but I find that they are not true. I've been trying to get hold of the department and recording of the person who called me so that I can check the questions asked and answered by both parties. I'm given number upon number, call centre upon call centre but with no luck. It is very frustrating up to a point where I think that I'm only a number to my service provider and not a person.

Please assist me in my quest.
