From the begining of this year we have been reporting our line problem. Your different technician are forever visiting my place without no solution. Even now the line is not working when is this going to end. Two weeks ago it was diagnosed that there is an underground problem with the line. No one has pitched to sort this problem instead another technician came. The line works for a maximum of 2days and stops.
This is really unbecoming of Telkom, we even considering cancelling this line.
