Despite all the promises Cell C has still not made the necessary adjustments to my account. I am supposed to receive R235.00 airtime and 100 free sms's for R257.00. The last top up was for R33.00. Now I do not accept that they cannot top up the full R235 because I keep getting the 100 free sms's even though I dont use it all - the excuse is that I dont leave "space" for more airtime to be topped up but this does not happen to the sms's.
