Bad service as I have been waiting 2 weeks for an account and line and still no service. See below email sent to MWEB as well.

I would like to log a complaint concerning an account I requested with MWEB.
This has been done nearly 2 weeks ago and is still not completed.
I have called numerous times to do follow up and was advised every time that I will be contacted back within a few minutes... to my surprise... NO RESPONSE received.
This is completely unacceptable and would therefore like to cancel this request as I will try and make other alternative arrangements to have a service delivered to me as clearly MWEB is not bothered with the smaller clients.
