Ought a cell c data package wherbeby they promise 200 gigs on 3g but the connection on this package doesnt even work on a 2g connection.
went in for a refund within 3 days and they gave us the incorrect store number to follow up on refund at canal walk.
no one ever answers the phone there and the supervisors are just to busy to attend to the refund
we bought a data package from another provider already and everything is working perfect.
cell c owes me money and it looks like they have no inrtention to refund my money.
wonder how many others they do this as they are holding R1799 rand per customer?
