I logged a call on the 2nd of June 2013. I have escalated the call with [URL Removed] a few time. They in turn escalated it with Telkom. But to no response. Not even a phone call.
I have a recruitment agency without email and phones!!! 3G and Cell costs are through the roof. Loss of revenue!
When will the call be allocated to a technician. Why are new phones being installed at neighbors but there is no technician for existing lines?
The service I receive from Telkom is shocking. Telkom have a look. This line is dead on average 1 week every 2-3 months! You advertise stable connections and clear lines?
The reference number for the call. 24ATK020613 please do action this as a matter of extreme urgency! And if you can - please fix it now once and for all. No more o sorry - another technician broke the line at the exchange! Mark the connection with red tape or do something! Please stop breaking it!
