I lost my phone on the 1st of June. I have been trying to claim one from MTNSP ever since. I keep on getting cut off when I call the call centre, qbd when I walk into their stores, I qm told there is no paper trail found. Then what is it exactly have I been paying for? To put the cherry on top... I was involved in an accident the following, only to find that my services have been suspended for no reason. Now... can you imagine being in a situation like that and having no way of letting your family know! Dear MTN, I would like to claim my phone that I have been paying for. This has been dragged out long enough!!! Can somebody please get back to me!!!
