My mom's phone was in December. The replacement phone that she got was not to the same value that she was insured for. she got a replacement phone (which by the way was SHOCKING!!!) and they took it upon themselves to alter her insurance band without even checking if she was happy with the new phone (as she clearly wasnt) OR even letting her know that they changed the ensurance band.
Bottom line is because they didnt give her the "value" of the phone she was covered for (and has been paying for - for the last 6 years) she is now stuck with the cheaper phone and she cant swop it out for a phone to the value of what she has been paying her ensurance for.
I called the call centre to enquire and I was treated like an. So rude you cant even believe.
absolutely disgusting... and especially to think that we are ACTUALLY paying for this disgusting service.
