Pathetic reception/signal

Whom it may concern, it is with big frustration that I write this complaint. To have a battle with your cellphone on a daily basis is not what I expect from a big name like VODACOM. You are suppose to be a good service provider and yet every single day is a struggle. I do not think that having to pay my account every month is justifying the service I am getting. With so many competing brands how can you afford to have such poor service? Or is client satisfaction not on your priority list anymore? One of my contracts is due for an upgrade in April, and at this stage there is no hesitation that it will be moved to a company that is willing to at least give me the service that I pay for. A client lost, most likely. Could it have been stopped, surely. It is utterly pathetic that a big brand name like VODACOM has the worst signal and nothing is done to rectify it. So please let me know if you wish to continue your horrible service and let me give my money to one of your competitors. It seems like your on a good start.
