I'm now fed up with this internet service 8ta 10gig promo. Clearly I'm being throttled during the day where it was not the case in the past. Internet usage becomes unusable during the crucial hours of every day (12 am - 11 pm). Then at night everything kicks on at full speed, like the entire product used to be. I want this throttling to stop during the day because my home business can no longer function. I signed a 2 year contact and expect the same service throughout the contract period. Your reply will determine my next move. If you want to change the product half way through the contract then I will drop 8ta as my ISP. I have done it before, and I will do it again.
