Overcharged and terrible customer service

Be careful of Heita/8ta!

Last month I noticed that my bank account was debited by an extra R108 for Internet. I contacted the call centre. Only after I made a few email threats that I'm going to cancel did they start replying with short abrupt nameless email messages. It took more than a week to find out that they charged me more because I apparantly exceeded my bundle limit. I've been with them for a while already and in the past I was always unable to exceed the limit. This is because when I signed up with them I specifically asked for an auto-limit. I disputed that I exceeded the limit but I was point blankly told that I should go sort it out at the store where I signed up and that I can't cancel the service without first paying a cancellation fee.

Not only was I overcharged but they are unhelpful and rude. The person you talk to refuses to give a name therefore you speak to someone different everytime and have to keep explaining. I wonder how many other people they have done this to. Anyway I've put a stop payment in place at my bank as they refuse to accept my cancellation.
