CANT REFUND

I gave a month notice in December and when I handed in the key I was told I would have my deposit back on Friday as they only do payments that day. I also emailed them my bank details on the 2nd, I emailed a 3rd time asking if they could confirm that they have my bank details. I got no response,
I then phoned spoke to Cecilia who came up with an excuse about the ladies that do work there are on leave,
I finally got a response from Cecilia on the 8an confirming that they have my bank details,
That took them a week to do.
I eventually phoned Stor-age in Midrand and spoke to Willie a very friendly person who said he would speak to the Mnandi store as I really no longer wanted to deal with any member at the Mnandi branch.
So he got back to me and promised that the payment is loaded and it will be done but only the following week
anyway low and behold I get a call from Cecilia telling me that they payment will not be done today I was rude to her and said I am not surprised as they are a pathetic bunch and put the phone down.
I phoned Willie after calming down he tells me they were told in the beginning of the week no payments were to be done today
