Wrong Contract and Incorrect Billing

Has mentioned on my previous statement that Cell C gave me the wrong contract of 25MB than 2G data and intending to bill me than correcting their mistake. Two weeks back they send me an sms that telling me that my account has been send to the debt collector therefore i must paid the sum of R2200. they further said that failing to pay the amount my name is going to be black listed. Can you please help me with this problem, they started giving the wrong contract and now they want to put all the faults to me meanwhile ran to their offices without any help. They never corrected the of the money they said I'm own from the beggining of the contract. This complaint is the followup of the previous complaint.

I hope an trust that this matter will be resolved.
