Last month i was billed an extremely high amount on 0741315962 - i was told it was because of the internet -( i have previously set up that i can not go over the allocated amount because of previously been given the wrong information by a cell c salesperson i have since advised that non of my accounts be allowed over the basic contract). This query had reference number 3102400463 - i made it very clear that my account be limited once the limit had been reached - please check your phone records.
Well blow me down now - but it has happened again - i phoned and spoke to Zolile - who said my account is correct and whilst i was still talking he cut the call - with the message coming up to rate Cell C. I believe the ref no could be 1311250000064357. Please urgently correct this error on your part, and i confirm that i will not be renewing my contract on 084 229 0100 or on my data contract, both of which are up for renewal soon.
