New Samsung Galaxy S4 Camera not working!

I am highly disappointed with the Galaxy S4 and Vodacom! Got mine on 1 June 2013.. Exactly 8 days (1 day past the return date) the camera stopped working. After doing some research to find a fix for this, it became apparent that this is a common issue with the S4. Even with this being the case, there is no fix available for this??? I decided on the S4 because of the camera which I now cannot use thus is this device useless to me! Took it back to my service provider which informed me that they will have to send it away which will take approximately 21 working days! This is really not acceptable!!! Paying thousands of rands for a device that's suppose to be the best available, then sitting with issues like this is not on! I upgraded my contract as a necesity, not a luxury. I cannot sit without a phone for even one day! I have been a Vodacom contract client for more than 13 years..just comes to show..loyalty means nothing!
