I need to know since when has MTN started charging for downloads from the internet. I wasn't informed of these charges since it was always previously covered under BIS?
I'm having endless problems with my internet connections, always getting a messages that the service is unavailable or the connection is broken.
I think its unfair that we as clients cannot migrate our contracts whilst mtn can chop and change the terms and conditions during the contract period thereby placing us at a disadvantage.
As I said before, I signed up for a contract that was 750 but am now having to pay double this amount? Where is the justification in it for me as I am locked in this contract for the next 15 months without any options to better my situation.
What's the use of having an MTN contract if you are going to be penalized for signing up?
