I have really received bad service from cell c over the past 2 weeks, I have spoken to all you staff, reception and managers... Reception advise me that theres is a protocol in place before I could speak to you or your director's... They do not understand that the service Im getting from your unhelpful staff is not acceptable. Please can you hear me out. See the poor service the staff is giving me. All i want is help. I have been waiting for Lucky to call me back since Tuesday 11/06, he satys in meeting up till 4pm and leaves at 4pm.
