Not only did I receive a sms stating "Thank and goodbye" before you cut me off with no warning when I decided to port my number to Vodacom for various valid reasons - this was more than 6 months ago but I am STILL receiving "marketing" calls from your call centre and am being told that I am a valued customer as I have been a loyal MTN customer for more than 10 years according to your records.
Clearly MTN have none of their ducks in a row!
I requested on Monday, 03 June 2013 to be removed from ALL your databases as I do not want any calls on promotional offers etc. from MTN. In the highly unlikely event that I would need any information or service from MTN, I will contact you - DO NOT call me!
On 12 June 2013 I requested the Call Centre Agent that called me again, to remove my details AGAIN from your database only to be told that she could remove my info from her database but could not guarantee me that it would not be available to some other MTN person and she suggested I log onto [URL Removed] to remove my details. Gosh... and then you wonder why I left MTN - your service is pathetic!!!
