I had the misfortune of needing to make contact with Telkom about an ADSL line failure on a business premises. This process has taken me literally an hour and 35 min on the telephone speaking to the absolute worst call center agents I have ever come across. Only to achieve ZERO resolve
From passing the buck to actually dropping the phone on me when they cannot answer a question or do not feel like it. It is astounding that these people are earning salaries for this kind of work ethic and attitude.
It is this behavior, attitude and ignorance that will be the downfall of any business country or nation!
Its the year 2013 and people still cannot process very simple jobs!! We are paying actual money for this kind of pathetic service!
