Ordered S4-19505 and Autopage delivered 19500

Phoned in about 3-4 weeks ago to upgrade contract. Asked about S4 19505. I ordered the 19505. When received it today, it is the 19500. When I phoned in today I was informed the 19505 is not yet available. Selling something else than was asked for is and. Is there a trustworthy supplier I can sign a contract with?? I am extremely upset and disappointed in the consultant and therefor in Autopage.
