Bad servise and misleading the client

On the 5th of April my mom lost her phone, she has a contract with vodacom. She reported the matter to them in person and they said the phone was insured and she will get a new phone as soon as she paid her arrear. She paid an amount of R900 on the 31st May and then again R72 on the 03rd of June. I went with her to Vodacom chatz Mokopane on the 05th June and she was told to pay R120 for a replcement pack and she did. They said we should wait for five days and we did and nothing happened. Today we called the Vodacom call centre on this number 0821946 and we where told to pay another R760 of which we have no clue what is it for!
