Will not return my money!

I have paid off my homeloan with FNB, and was advised to leave a credit on the account in order for the monthly admin fee to covered. I deposited an extra R600 into my homeloan account.

Subsequently I discovered that the monthly admin fee is not deducted from the credit I have on my account but rather from my check account every month via a stop order.

When I spoke to FNB subsequently I was advised that the admin fee can not be deducted from the credit that is on the homeloan account. I have now been trying for 6 weeks to get my mone back FNB.

I have filled in an application for this and e-mailed it to them (as requested) - now the want me to mpost the original form!

Yesterday I had another request, to provide a bank statement of the account that I would like to have my money deposited into!!!

THIS IS MY MONEY, I WANT IT BACK - A DO NOT WANT TO HAVE TO WRITE AN ORGINAL APPLICATION TO GET MY MONEY - MY PRIVATE BANK ACCOUNT IS NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS - WHY WOULD YOU NEED A BANK STATEMENT FROM MY NEDBANK ACCOUNT IN ORDER TO GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY!!!

I wish FNB would stop brainwashing people with stupid advertising but rather deliver a meaning full service.
