Nashua Mobile sent my mom an sms to say that they had a system error and that her debit is going to be /- R 1600.00 more than what her account is and that Nashua Mobile will refund her money. Its almost the end of August and she is still waiting. The AE on the account Phuleng said she will call my mom because I am not the acc. holder. well its the 20th August and my mom is still waiting for the call and her money. My mother had to pay some one to take her to the bank for a statement for a mistake that you made. She is 80 people please pay her pension back into her account. Who is going to pay her the money back for having to pay someone to take her to the bank.
