I had an account with Nashua Mobile, which I have closed. Unfortunately I overpaid on the account, and an amount of -R428.42 was registered.
Having immigrated to Australia, direct telephone communication is difficult, however I did call them in July 2012, to have the money refunded. After giving my South African, bank details, promises where made that the money will be paid back to me in 2 weeks. However after the 2 weeks lapsed, no money was paid back, and I lodged a complaint on their website in August 2012. Peter Demtriades, contacted me then via e-mail for my bank account details, again.
Well its now been 5 months, and I still haven't received my money back. I would like to have this issue solved.
