I currently am a 8ta user since Jun/Aug 2012. I Canceled my Nashua mobile account and paid the penelty fees. I also followed all the legal prosedures they needed to close or finish the Nashua account I had. So October last year I noticed payments going of that is not supposed to be paid. It was invoices from Nashua still deducting from my account with a debit order even though they ported me to 8ta. After sevral chats with the Nashua Mobile Manager Sharleen Erasmus, I thought everything was done. But it turned out Nov I'm stil being billed for an account that I'm not using. I called them again and customer service ARE BAD! She found a glitch in the IT department where accourding to the system the last step has failed to complete and that step is abviously to take my number and details of their system. Its now Feb 2013... I'm still being billed. To what extend do we customers need to go to get back the money they steel from us? I'm at a point were I want to sue!!! Just think of how much money they steel from all of you!
