I have contract phone with mtn which stared last year Sep .i 've been paying to pay R198.a month for the first 3 months until now they've been debiting R100. now they are blamming me for their mistake amount. They say im ouing them R200.04 which i agree to pay at the the end of the month. I spoke to Palesa and Sabita and say the phone will be activated until today the phone is not working. When i called their call centre they keep on telling me i have to reboot the phone but its not doing anything.
I WOULD LIKE TO THANK LEONE FOR HER HARD WORK NOT 2 (PALESA AND SABITA) WHO SAID THE PHONE IS ACTIVATED. THANKS TO LEONE MUCH APPRECIATED
