I would like to thank Adrian for his outstanding service. Applying for a new contract at Vodacom became a total nightmare. After more than an hour on the phone and being transferred from pillar to post, I eventually ended up speaking to Adrian. What a pleasure!! He sorted everything out, literally within 10 minutes! I am so impressed with his service, and commitment to assist me (on a Friday afternoon!). People like Adrian is so valuable to an organization like yours - take care of him Vodacom, he deserves a bonus!!
