I recently received an iPhone 5s bought from rocketshop. it was delivered in a very short time, the next day actually, and i was pleased. since i put in my sim i kept losing signal. I would reboot and have signal and within ten minutes my phone would read no service. i did a sim swop and there was no improvement. on saturday afternoon i emailed rocketshop and to my delight i received an emailed response that afternoon, not on monday morning as i had expected. i followed instructions given and it was proven to be a vodacom problem not a problem with the phone. I was delighted at the quick response my query received by D Cubas at rocketshop and have no problems recommending them as the place to get electronics etc online. i am a very happy shopper indeed.
