On 11/09/2013 at 2:08pm I received a missed call from you, no message was left at 2:11pm I called and enquired where my number was obtained from and spoke to a lady, I asked her to remove my number from your database as I did not give permission for marketing calls nor am I interested in marketing calls.

I ASKED HER TO REMOVE MY NUMBER FROM YOUR DATABASE AND INFORM ME WHERE YOU OBTAINED MY NUMBER FROM!!! She put the phone down before I could finish.

I await your answer and confirmation that my name has been removed.
