I have received Multiple unsolicited calls offering unrequested deals including 2 calls in 1 day. when I request that my details be removed from their database I am told "No we can't do that go to xyz site and fill in all your details (yeah tell me that isn't a fishing if I've ever heard one) and that will remove my details.
Correct me if i'm wrong but isn't it illegal to continue to pester someone after they have requested you remove their details.
And to top it off they say they are doing this on behalf of Vodacom (sounds to me like Vodacom is giving out personal details to marketing companies).
If I receive one more call I will take this to the consumer complaints commission as harassment.
