Yambu has been repeatedly calling me, despite my telling the call centre operator that I am not interested in their services, the calls to me continued. I resorted to e-mailing their website to remove my details from their database. The calls stopped for a week or so and have now started again. How can an insurer for legal services operate like this? This morning (after receiving about 3 calls since Friday) I called the number to tell them to remove my number from their database (again) and I was asked for further personal details so that they could remove my number (what?). Are you trying to harass people into using your sevices? This is absolutely infuriating. Don't your operators make notes of people declining your offers / don't you check your e-mails?
